In the mad rush that always seems to precede the festive period, I’m pleased to tell
you that ordering a personalised letter from Father Christmas or Santa is very quick
and easy - only three simple steps!
Step 1 - Review the templates on The Letters section on the left, and decide which
one you want to use. Don’t worry if you think the letter includes sentences which
aren’t relevant to you - they’re only templates and the final version will be tailored
exactly to your request.
Step 2 - Click on the Personalising section on the left and tell us all the details
you’d like in the letter. This then sends us an email here at Lapland with all the
details we need to create your personalised letter from Father Christmas or Santa.
Step 3 - Make payment via the Payment section on the left. Once the transaction
has been completed (usually instantly), we’ll receive an email from PayPal, and this
will quote your email address. We can then tie in the order with the payment, and
get cracking on your personalised letter!
