The following sections ask for all the information we need to produce your letter from Father Christmas or Santa. The the more information you give, the more personalised the letter will be. But if there’s anything you feel uncomfortable about sharing, please feel free to leave it out. There’s a few critical boxes you won’t be able to submit the form without completing (they’re the ones in red font below.)
